Times Booth hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Setup hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. After 9:30 a.m. vehicles will not be able to gain access to the booth locations. Vendors must arrive no later than 8:00 a.m. to set up.
Booth Specifications Size: 12 x 12 or 12 x 24.
Prices are $100.00 and $200.00. Food Vendors need to call for special applications. There is an additional cleaning deposit required for all vendors. If your space is clean when you leave the Fair, your deposit will be returned or used as a deposit for 2009 fair.
No tables, chairs or awnings are provided.
No staking allowed. Use of sandbags or cement buckets to anchor canopies, tents or awnings is encouraged.
The Chamber reserves the right to refuse any booth application. In this case, the fee would be refunded.
Limited electricity is available upon request. See application for pricing. You must supply your own extension cords. Cords cannot go over streets or sidewalks.
Exclusive vendor may be considered. For information about being exclusvie, please contact the Chamber before completing application and applicants will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. Additional fees will be required. This will be done primarily in entertainment and food related booths .
All booth entrants MUST clean their booth area before leaving. There is an additional cleaning deposit required for each vendor of $50.00. If your area is clean your deposit will be returned to you. Place trash in receptacles.
Distribution of flyers, brochures, raffle tickets, food, etc. must be from the booths only.
Taxes Colorado: 2.9 percent Town of Erie: 3.5 percent Sales Tax License: One-day event licenses are free of charge & available upon request.
Forms can be mailed.
**Vendor is responsible for charging any applicable sales tax. All sales tax must be submitted to the state. Knowing taxes and licensing is the law and Vendor responsibility.
The fair is held in Weld County.
Liability
The Erie Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Erie are not liable for any injuries suffered by individuals or damages to booths or inventory. Booths are not insured by the Erie Chamber or the Town of Erie.
Registration
Early Bird Special Save $5.00 Before February 28th.
Late application fee add $10.00 After May 7th.
Food License
For Food Vendors a one day special event license is required and must be sent to the Weld County Health Department no later than May 7th. A nonprofit organization must send a copy of its nonprofit status along with the application. For more information call 1-970-304-6415 x2222. Inspections are done at set up.
Weather Information
The Fair is held regardless of weather. Balloon & aviation activities are the only events canceled due to weather. No fees will be refunded.

The Erie Town Fair is advertised through newspaper ads, on television,and on radio. Additionally, Fair programs are distributed to over 10,000 residences and businesses.
Send in your application early to request the location you want! We don't guarantee anyone a particular space.
Vendor parking is available just outside the barricades.

Booths are located around the blocks on Briggs, Wells, Moffat & Kattell Streets and in Coal Creek Park. Coal Creek Park is primarily the location of games and childrens activities.
