Parade-copyCountry Christmas Parade & Celebration is a beautiful hometown holiday event. The Celebration consists of a living nativity scene, choirs performing, FREE hay rides, a fun Parade of Lights, and local businesses serving hot chocolate and offering Country Christmas Specials. Craft vendors offer Christmas treats and last minute Christmas shopping! Christmas carolers start at 5pm-6:30pm, Living Manager is at 5:30pm-6:30pm, Parade starts at 6:30pm-7:30pm and vist and pictures with SANTA is 7:30pm-9:00pm.

  • Attendance: Anticipated 1,000+
  • Country Christmas will be advertised through area newspaper ads and articles, posters, flyers, HOA’s , social networking, and other media resources.
  • You may contact the Chamber by phone at (303) 828-3440, or by fax (303) 828-3330, or visit our website: www.eriechamber.org
  • Confirmation will not be mailed. E-mail notification will be sent.   Please fill in your email address in the appropriate space and print clearly
  • Your booth space assignment and general information will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to event

Liability

The Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Erie are not liable for any injury or damages to your booth or at your booth.

 

Booths are not insured by the Erie Chamber or the Town of Erie

 

The Erie Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any booths or shut down

any booths the day of the event. The sale of toy guns, silly string, exploding caps, disappearing ink, stink bombs, fake cigarettes, swords, knives, illegal weapons, any projectile items or any other items deemed inappropriate for minors or by the Erie Chamber of Commerce is strictly prohibited. Booth operators offering these items for sale will be asked to leave their booth immediately with no refund given. The Erie Police Department will be enforcing this with no exceptions. Should this occur, the vendor fee will be refunded.

 

Hours & Booth Information

TF6Setup hours:     3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Booth hours:     5:30pa.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 










Booth Specifications

  • No tables, chairs or awnings are provided.
  • Sandbags, cement buckets or the equivalent to secure tents is encouraged
  • Electricity: Vendors must supply their own extension cords.
  • All booth vendors MUST clean booth areas before leaving. All trash MUST be placed in receptacles.
  • No one is allowed to walk the streets passing out information or selling products.

 

 

Taxes

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax to the State. For additional information, please go on-line at www.colorado.gov/revenue

 

            Colorado:         2.9 percent

            Town of Erie:    3.5 percent
