September 20, 2013 — vendor applications due.
After September 20, 2013, a $20 late fee will be applied to all registrations.
Rain or shine. No refunds will be given regardless of weather.
Things you need to know
The Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Erie are not liable for any injury or damages to your booth or at your booth.
Booths are not insured by the Erie Chamber or the Town of Erie
Setup hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Booth hours: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Food License Forms
Temporary one day special event permits are required from the Weld County Health Department. Forms need to be returned to the Erie Chamber with your application and payment no later than Sept. 20, 2013. Non-profit organizations must send a copy of non-profit status along with the application forms. For more information or questions regarding Weld County Health Department, please call Dan Joseph: 1-970-304-6415 x 2222. Inspections are done on site at set up.
For information regarding being an exclusive vendor, please contact the Chamber before completing application. Applicants will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis. Additional fees will be required.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax to the State. For additional information, please go on-line at www.colorado.gov/revenue
Colorado: 2.9 percent
Town of Erie: 3.5 percent
